Have a serious problem CSRO

The problem is with the cid. When i try to log on i get: This user is already logged in...But when i try to change the cid i get error from chinese language it means:

Account under the same ID number in the same time, landing only one!

Can i change the cid only once? if yes what can i do now if i have already did it once? Please help, the threads about changing cid didn't help me, so i created new one.

as i said i get error when im trying to change cid, its not possible to change it
i tried about 30 of them.

its only if u get error: This user is already connected. Then u need to change your cid use this guide here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

1 tip - Dont take first ones - theyre always occupied. Try 1 tab one on the start, 2 tab one in the end, and somewhere in 3rd tab.
2 tip - change years, its important. (but if you want to remember pw with S.A., you have to know years, write it)

nope, nothing works. none of cid's, tried all ways. one guy said that the cid changing is closed or something like that
