Looking for WoW Rotation Bot Dev

Title basically says it, paying $10k+ monthly depending on the quality of the bot.
An example of what it should look like:
Obviously can use different GUI etc but I need it to be fully automated. I will be playing Priest/DK/Sham.
Oh, and I will be 2400+ level (I'm currently 2900+ on main, 2400+ on alts) so it needs to be good.
