How To Run Borderless Window Cheese Fullscreen?

There are some cheese out there designed to only run in Borderless Window mode in Apex, but someone told me before about an application that will allow you to run Borderless Window cheese apps in Fullscreen mode, and I can't remember the name of this application.

Anyone know this app?

Why didn't you just say the name?

I saw their website last month, from what I remember, this has nothing to do with Cheese, or being an illegal app, it's just an application designed to allow apps to run in different Window Modes is all.
