While it might sound a bit like an ad, reported is almost flawless when it comes to EAC. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey.

This is an old thread, but seeing as there's replies. If you're still looking for a working spoofer, you should try proofcore. It's an amazing cheat, but it also comes with a working spoofer at no extra cost. It's win-win.
