I got ipbanned recently and nothing works to play again. I tried using PIA, NordVPN, and they dont work (VPNBlock detects them). Dont recommend residential vpn, because im not willing to spend 300$ a month just to play. I tried contacting ISP, they said they wont change it manually. Im really in need of help here.

First of all residential vpns do not cost that much. Secondly, don't cheat (well, don't get caught) if you aren't prepared for the consequences. Think ahead next time.

What residential vpn do you suggest, and how many gbs do you think that I should get for playing rust 5-7hrs a day? Im new to vpns so it'd be nice if you shined some light :D

Sure, I recommend TorGuard. They have residential vpn options that are very cheap, and you can choose the location as well. They are not $300/month as this person claims, I don't remember the price as I have my own vpns set up right now but it's under $50/month. Unlimited bandwidth, as long as you are not doing anything illegal on them I believe.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

edit: I'm also not sponsored by them in any way shape or form, I don't own any equity in their vpns or whatever, purely saying this because I have used them in the past to get past Rusticated's vpn checks. They will probably work for vital main as well since I assume that they are using the same method to detect vpns.
