Request English Language (Taiwan SRO) Official

Hello, I have tried to edit type.txt from Taiwan to English but doesn't apply with Joymax Pk2 Tools and with Normal Pk2 Tools Editor doesn't work.

Someone have any idea how I can change language?

Version is TWSRO (DIGEAM)
