Mind if I ask you why you want a Vulkan cheat?
At least on my end it doesn't make a huge perfomance improvement.

Vulkan is inconsistent in terms of who actually benefits from it, but I've got a 1060 + i7 7700 and and a consistent increase in frame rate by about 25-30, even during gunfights, I would just really like to keep the same performance, I'm very sensitive to drops in performance + mouse input/acceleration.
