Which is why their quick support is so USEFUL to overcome this issue. 2) As already mentioned, the initial setup takes a bit of time. I'd say about 30 minutes - 1 hour. Not terrible all things considering, but some might have some problems (already stated, but reiterating). Overall, I cant say enough good things! This just touches the tip of what the bot is capable of. IF you're on the fence about whether this will work for you or not, I'd just recommend doing it for a week. The $$$ is 100% worth it.
