HWID Ban Second Hand System

I have a computer that I bought from another person but from what I experience the laptop seems to have HWID ban.

Can check what details do I need to provide to the Riot staff in order for them to check if my system will be unbanned and if so when will it be unbanned?

90 days after the first ban, and you don't need to provide riot staff with anything, usually they provide you with tools to run instead.
