I wouldn't really say there's a best cheat, or something that is close to undetectable. I assume what you need is internal cheats, which they carry the best out of performances, less fps loss. Though Apex is pretty strict at scanning for aimbots so it's best to either play legit or semi-rage with actual undetected cheats, LastCheat got hit with a detection not too long ago and before that it wasn't really stable either way. Anyway, if you would like a new taste, I'd like to introduce my cheat ;)
