I wouldn't recommend you to use cheats with spoofer as built-in but if you want to I assume LastCheat is a fine option but with recent wave I don't think it's any good. MegaApex is quite decent as well but it's not in your price range. So just in my opinion, buy a spoofer and a cheat seperately. For cheap spoofers I can recommend World Zero and Mao.

MegaApex should be a good cheat for beginner, very coherent gui, simple to understand. Though if you want something unique and private, I'd like to introduce mine :rolleyes:
