You'll get x31 times rate and not 60 like some ppl think they get.
it's because the exp rate is made for isro and not the p-servers.

You get 100% from x1 rates :) so that means only 10% or even less but the lucky phy and mag attack etc etc makes it worth buying :)
also 3x Reverse 3x instant return and 1x 100% res scroll a day and that's not bad at all

It's designed for iSRO rates,not for private server rates so it may only increase your SP rate a bit or it may not increase it...
I'm not 100% sure but that's probably true.
