Need a VPN/Service that bypass kicks from servers like rustafied etc

as the title says, i will pay if you know a service that works to change ip and be undetected on rustafied/rusty moose/rusticated servers.

tried tons of VPNs. Also some service with dedicated ip, but no one worked so far, it gets flagged and kick me out (mostly on rustafied)

and yes i have a static ip and cannot change it by any ways.
