Question regards HWID ban nowdays

So Recently I raged on both of my smurf accounts one got banned after I raged for 2 weeks, the other one is after I raged for a week.

Now, I have my main account which I never raged or used any cheese on it.
I'm not sure if they Just banned my accounts or they used HWID ban
Is there any way or a method to check it so I won't be logging into my main account and getting it banned?

Just make another account and see if that one gets banned.

Is there a time limit? if I play more than 5-10min its ok?

Play two/three full games, wait an hour or so and then try to queue up again. If you’re not banned after that, you should be perfectly fine.

So I played around 10 matches and got to like lvl7 and waited more than 48 hours, how safe is that? I heard from someone that they sometimes "delay bans" to "trick cheaters/devs". Is that true?

You’re perfectly fine and not HWID banned if you’ve already played that many games. Delayed bans are definitely a thing, but not with HWID bans.
