Since some months the best bot for Rise of Kingdoms has closed.
Many players are ready to pay for a bot for this game.
Anyone who knows how to program bots and, especially, how to handle anti captcha system wants to try to make a brand new one?
Since there aren't really good bots for this game at the moment it could be a great way to monopolize this market and making lot of customers :)
