Rappelz client stopped working

Hi there ,

every time i open the client ( private server using arabic client) it stops working ... saying : {Rappelz client has stopped working , a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. please close the program}

I play the same server but on a english client ( the server support both languages) the game works perfectly ...

Please help me .. i tried thing like running them in different compatibility, re-downloaded the client and the launcher , close and uninstall un-necessary programs that runs in the background.

Any suggestions ?

You should reach out to the developers of the server.

That being said...

Run as admin

Run without AV (just as a compatibility test with your AV, if it works get an AV that it works with)
