Change Vsro client language to English

im playing around with vsro files and last night i got the server running with the original client with Vietnam language.
is there a way to change the language to English without using another server media.pk?

i tired to edit the text file in media.pk it worked but when i login the game freezes

i saw that and link is dead and cant find any English media or sro_client with working link

Later after work, Ill dig up and see if I can find the patcher.
