I would say PhantomOverlay, but native controller support wont come until shortly after Vanguard.

you should give Interwebz a try. it has native controller support.

You can manage to get PO to work with controller using 3rd party software, there's a tutorial on their forums, but I'm guessing you want a native controller support so I understand why you don't wanna try it. The dev will implement native controller support though as it is very requested.

I know you are saying not Phantom Overlay because of the current REWASD only controller support, I plan to add native controller support or at the very least anti micro support for Vanguard which will stretch to Warzone/MW and likely BOCW. Too highly demanded not to.
