As the title states I'm looking for a relatively low elo acc on euw.

Preferred with decent champ pool (Jungle/Ad/Mid), skins don't matter.

Only Handlvl'd Accounts. And please only trusted traders.

Flexible budget if there's a good account that suits my needs.
