Free D2R Maphack

There's D2R Map assist, but there's this one which is much easier to get going.
This map hack uses blacha's map generation instead of d2mapapi, which makes nicer images.

I am still worry this mini maphack leading to ban risk...

The reason I hate this version is the fact that you need to install and run docker in order to host your own server. I wish there was a better alternative.
