Ricochet driver is so far very similar to Splitgate's EQU8 driver already. EQU8 ran over EO within a very short period of time & they did not recover.
On top of that, EO has struggled in the past with the current user mode anti-cheat of COD.
I agree with you if history repeats itself.
That's between you & them. :feelsbadman:Quote:

I have not heard good things about Cynical lately, but I heard many good things about them in the past. I hope they return to their original position rep wise.Quote:
EO already had a shit ton of detections with COD's current dogshit anticheat, I don't think they have a chance against Ricochet. Many similar mass-seller providers will most likely face similar issues regarding detections, the likes of AA, SC, x22 (Which have already stopped supporting COD) will have constant detections. There will only be a few providers that'll stay on top (Po, Aimex, maybe Cynical), GG will suffer too imo.
Any cheat that keeps silent aim as a feature will fail and die.Quote:

Let's have a discussion about the server side changes, then.Quote:
I will always repeat this
" The moment Activision focuses on a particular provider, that provider will be detected "
Some providers never detected because they have never been on Activisions radar
What Actipoop did target was spoofer, it was a very smart move by them, hit the cheaters where it hurts the most, Spoofers from EO, AA, Infinite, all got hit.
Now EO spoofer doing well i guess? never used them
AA been safe since they changed the spoofing method
If only AA wouldn't implement Unlock Feature also spoofer, they would never got detected, even though the unlock tool came with warning by HelioS " Use at your own risk "
The only way i think providers will be very safe from detection is to make it private and that only if Activision comes with strong AC
True, I've used them for a few months and we're honestly a great provider however, they've since gone down the drain, adding features that they have denied before and were strongly opposed to (No-Recoil, Silent Aim, Unlock-all, etc...) I guess they saw all the attention other providers we're getting for having these features and said fuck it, might as well jump onto the wagon, unwise imo.Quote:

I'm glad for that haha.Quote:

I'm looking forward to the server-side checks more than the actual kernel anticheat itself because an anticheat would be useless without a stat-based system to check. AC will get bypassed eventually, but a system that catches unusual/impossible plays will be much harder to bypass, think of it as a cheater not doing a good job trying to hide his cheats (Bad aim settings, tracking through walls, bad movement, etc...) if the average player can tell a cheater like that, surely an automated system can.Quote:
These server side changes will look to catch perfect aimbot prediction, snappy aim, robotic locks and tracking, recoil removal, and many other things involved in rage cheats.
