Foreword : All is written/gathered by me so please excuse the english/grammar/stupid/in-game mistakes.
1. WPE PRO is a packet sniffer which allows a person to scan the packets (information) the game sends to and fro a game server. It can be used, but not limited to : Gold Hack, Item hacking, giving yourself lvls and doing any spell.
2. In order to bypass your LACD, you will need :
Hex Editor
ProcessGuard
ResHack (if you have it)
2.a How does it work (for non-believers) : It stops LACD from reading WPE PRO, like it is not there.
2.b What to do : Find "WPEPRO.dll" and rename to like "lolwtf.dll", then with hex editor target WPEPRO.exe, find "WPEPRO.dll" with a Find function in the hex editor and make WPEPRO.exe NOT look for wpepro.dll but lolwtf.dll instead, find other WPEPRO mentions and change them accordingly. Open ProcessGuard, uncheck learning mode, click protection tab, add WPEPRO.EXE (that you renamed... right) add PermEdit and lolwtf.dll (or whatever the name) to whatever you want AND PROTECT THEM FROM BEING READ.

Item Hacking :
Open WPE PRO, in the 15th tab put 8A in the 16th put 4a.
Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (PLEASE DO NOT USE THOTTBOT.COM FOR ITEM IDS)
Find an item you want (MAKE SURE YOU GOT THE GOLD TO BUY IT)
Type it in the Windows Calculator.
Click 'hex'
You will get something like this : 935 or 8A4 or A86D , etc.
Now you 'flip' the hex into : 35 09, A4 08, 6D A8 (hope you getting the pattern)
Turn on the filter and go in game.
Talk to a reagnant vendor and right click "Maple Seed" in her stocks
Voila, item you wanted added.
Gold Hacking
With the above method, use 00 2A and keep buying the item, then stop talking to the vendor, right click the item, it will open, containing random items for you to sell. Note : The 100,000G GM Quest WILL not be given out unless PVPMasta wants to tell it.
Leveling yourself
You can do this with a GM sword (wowd.org has SOME of the items' id for the overpowered stuff) with a 1hitko Death Touch (05 00) or a Quest Exploit method at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Doing any spell
I am going to use a Druid for an example.
You got to thottbot.com, look up for example, Wrath Rank 1.
Put it in the calculator, get the hex code (look about item hacking) and put it in (7th and 8th place) (It's 38 14 btw)
Now, at thottbot.com, look for a spell you like, get the hex and put it in as well.
Turn on the filters.

Q. OH NOES I EXTRACT WPE PRO AND IT SHOWS UP AS A FOLDER WITH NOTHING IN IT / JUST THE EXE
A. Turn off your anti-virus/auto-protect
Q. Oh noes, I get a 0x0000000 (whatever) error
A. See above ^.
Q. Oh noes it doesn't run.
A. See above ^
Q. Can a GM check the logs to catch me?
A. Yes.. to a degree, I had my friend check logs while I kept buying items, and he saw weird things in the log that he could not make out. Just because I say this, DOESN'T MEAN you go around with Blade of The Ages doing 20k in 10 seconds and looking all happy and thinking no one is gonna notice.
Q. Do Qiral items work?
A. How does the WoWEmu work? Well, it downloads the items off big sites like allakhazam and uses it in the game. Since there are new items almost every day discovered, only a portion of Qiral items are in. (The Sets do work : Genesis Set, etc)
Q. Help! It says Spell not learned
A. This only works on WoWEmu
