What's up with all these really shit low quality hacks are there no genuine developers that have any knowledge on making an undetected cheat?

Any suggestions?

You're gonna need something private and it needs hardware for Aimbot.

Dont use ESPs, they're useless now. Server side fog of war fixed that.

You don't need hardware for aim assistance/aimbot in Valorant. A "quick fix" is going the hardware route, VGC/VGK are not some mysterious entity, look into them, they have weaknesses.
