The point is i'm not looking for complicated deals where the trust in the air.During the years i waist so many time by trying to complete deals with differend kind of people.Most of the deals finished with an ignore after i spent time to explain to the client in details.
I never ask for a full payment, just an upfront payment, and regarding middleman where is no trust from the second side there would be no connection.
