Can my account put back into smurf queue after a winstreak?

For example, if I now have a silver 4 account with 50% win rate and then the account is boosted by someone else who wins almost every game, can the account be put in the smurf queue even though it has already had many ranked games?

if you only have 20 games, yes if you have as example 100wins and 100looses, then he can win 20 in a row you wont get smurfq since your acc is already hardstuck

I think the % is not the only matter here, the total number of ranked games you played compared to the games the booster plays will make a difference

Depends on MMR, I bought a Iron 4 account and I have won 30 in a row and still getting +17s because the account was around 1/60 when I first got it, if you have hundreds of games and are truly hardstuck you wont be put into smurf queue pretty much ever.
