typically you will only become a PM on a server if you meet the owners requirements.

also... owners of private servers wants a good staff thats fluide in english and can understand the players needs.

An owner also wants someone they know they can trust

Have you been a PM before? Most servers have rules for their staff, which they should, and are very strict about them. A PM does not have pets, castles, nobility rank, legions, family etc. The job of the PM is not easy and you must be available at the time slot you are given. You have to be dependable, reliable and earn the trust of the players. Staff can not give items to players and must be fair minded and cautious but also a people person. Make sure you can do a job well and know the job and all about the server before you even begin to ask to become staff on a server. Just some helpful advice from one that has been staff on a few servers. A PM is a job and entails a lot of work. Not something someone should enter into lightly. Good Luck.
