How to change Aura's effects in Costume

I would love to pay a little bit for tools in editing to change aura like lightning effects in costume. Please private message me.

Just use a simple Bin Editor or a Hex Editor :)

what bin or file i need to edit for change costume effect?

citan.bin

gameeffect.bin which picks up effects from rohaneffectfile.ebf


game effect bin is the link between items/pets/monsters/players/npc's/skills and rohaneffectfile is placeholder of effects.
