You can look at the Valorant Trading section, but finding someone that is actually UD publicly is going to a mission, most of theses kids will just claim you got a manual when their shit is DT :)

You'll just find a bunch of resellers to cracked gupro or something that'll end up dying in 5 days or less. Most of these so called entitled private cheats don't even do its job properly, I reckon you carefully research each services, look at the vouches, try going on their discord and ask the customers.
