Cannot equip most level 100+ items, please help!

I cannot equip most level 100+ items. Especially the level 140 / 145 / 150 items (can't make it any further without the higher items / cheating and I don't want to do that). They all have the " white " icons showing that I should be able to equip them, but it just says "You do not meet the necessary conditions to equip that item." in chat. I've tried universal gear / weapons and still can't do it. I'm a chaos magician trying to equip two hand staves and magician armor.

I was told to try and change the limit_fighter, limit_hunter, limit_magician, limit_summoner columns in the ItemResource table using SQL. I tried that and still cannot equip anything. I also tried to compare a level 140 two hand sword that I had in my inventory to the level 110 two hand staff and I cannot figure out anything that is off in the columns.

Also, I am able to wear all items 100 and below, but only a few 110 and nothing else over 110+.

Could you post your [ItemResource] table and the item.spr file?

Absolutely, if I knew how? (sorry, trying to figure it out). I'm not even sure where to find the item.spr file.

EDIT: Whenever I right-click on the database and go to "tasks" I cannot select the import/export data features. Is there any other way to link my table? I also have no idea where to find the item.spr file?

Another thing to add is that it seems to be "set gear" that I can't wear / equip. That is the only thing that I see differently inside the ItemResource.table.

Whats the min level required in the item resource table on the sets of gear that you can not wear.

I found some at min level 300
