[Question] Conquer online 3.0 on Mac OS

My simple question is : Does Conquer online for windows is same version , characters and accounts ?

as i'm planning to buy a MacBook and i want to know if i will play with my same account with same friends ?

same accounts but not same characters since prob servers are not the same (not 100% sure just assumption)
