Tired of your same old boring Grand Chase icon? Step right up and voila!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Before anything else, I recommend you download the file “Icon files” linked above. It contains all the cropped and icon-ized images I’ve stocked up. Don’t worry. There’s no virus, no worm, no program or any of that stuff. It only contains the “Icon file” folder and a read_me.txt
Virus scan, spyware scan it if you want. ._.

Don’t forget to read the read_me file inside!

2. Once you’ve downloaded the file, open the winrar file and extract it your GrandChase PH folder. (My default location is D:\games\Grand Chase PH. You might have a different location, check your drive C: )

3. Now, go to your desktop, right click the icon and select Properties.

4. It should take you to the “Shortcut” tab. (If not, just select the tab above). Now press Change Icon.

5. Press "Browse". Search for your GrandChasePH folder, locate the Icon files folder.

6. Open it, and select one icon.

7. This is how it should look like if you did things right.

8. Press Ok. And press “Apply” thereafter.

9. Tada! You got a new icon!



Extra: You can also use this method for your other shortcuts in your desktop! Just don’t get confused which is which!

Here is a virus scan.. just included for others who will ask for virus scan..

its just icons so nothing really to worry about the files...

How about...

Right Click > Properties > ShortCut Tab > Change Icon (Near The Bottom).

*GASP*

Common sense is quite an amazing thing.
Also you can only replace it with another icon. Icon's go by the file name .ICO. With Google and some brains you can find out how to even make them yourselves!

yeah, exactly. it's like... doesn't everybody know this ._.''

and as for changing the icon of the file directly and not the shortcut, that would require a(some) third party software(s), like for example @icon Sushi(Freeware), Icon Changer(Shareware), or(and) ExeIconChanger(Shareware).
