Changing text size

Hey guys, I remember reading a topic about changing text size, but couldn't find it again after searching for about 2hours. So may anyone help with this or at least put the link of the topic in comment? cuz I am getting headache and eye strain cuz of small text xD

i think u can change it from arial to bold its will be good
