New interface in old version

Is it possible to put only the new version interface in the old version client?
Has anyone tried this?

Or the number of Inventory and Warehouse Slots. And if possible, the items to be stackable (e.g. Red Stone).

Short answer, no.
As for stackable items you can make any item "stack" Example for redstone: create a 102xxxx ID , give it the action to give 1 redstone.
