So a Arena Server with Custom Gear, which means unless you have lots and lots of players, the server will be dead because if you cant get a few hundred people interested and active quickly, there is nothing that can be done on the server.

Good luck with that in a world where there a few but heavy populated servers which make pvp way more entertaining than a low population arena server.
