Can highly recommend ProofCore.io. They are long term undetected for ArmA and its fairly priced. The cheat itself got a good amount of features.

ProofCore is well known and around for 4 years now. UD for nearly 2 years in Arma 3.

They are fairly priced and offer a variety of functions and options to play with.
Most important: Undetected for nearly 2 years and constantly being updated.

proofcore is overpriced and not that good. The above are probably paid comments lol

One should keep in mind that ProofCore has been around since 2017 and that the cheat is undetected for ~665 days. :)
The price of 70$ per month is reasonable. If you cant afford that you might look around for some resellers on what they charge.
