How to get higher Priority with a Smart Contract Transaction in ETH Network (NFT)?

Hey,

how can I get a higher priority of my transaction in a Block (Smart Contract) in the ETH/ERC20 Network? The Transactions are without GAS - So the Transaction is Free.

I´m willing to pay some bounty for any who can help me.

most NFTs use a Layer 2 solution to reduce transaction fees (or make them even zero) BUT for that they run outside of the Ethereum blockchain (Layer 1)
the NFT Token Company or whoever maintains/created it will most likely sync the transactions from Layer 2 into the Ethereum blockchain periodically
how this is done, how often or how the transactions on Layer 2 are done is up the NFT Token creator
you should probably read it's Whitepaper to actually understand it
