HELP, CANT ENTER SERVER OR PRACTICE ROOM

Hi Guys, please help, my grand chase keep crashing when i enter the server or practice room

how to fix this ?

I've tried to reinstall the game, but the problem is the same

if it's Grand Chase Classic, go to game page in steam > gear > properties > local game file > check file integrity[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
