Question about cynical cleaner

Is cynical cleaner can be used with x22 for cold war anyone tried this before ?

I don't think it matters what cheat provider you are using, somebody correct me if I'm wrong please, but I don't think it matters.

This is correct, spoofers/cleaners work regardless of the cheat you use, on any game.
