Does anyone have any macro or have any decent noob friendly macro programs in mind for Domain of Istan farming for engineer? e.g. Auto dropping of turrets after x amount of time.

I´m just using a autopress keyboard programm for that.

Would coding an autoit program to send keys in the background while you do other stuff on your computer be safe?
