Mob speed vs char speed

I'm using mob speed script and speed hack script from List of all public hacks topic. Thing is, when running, my speed is much higher than mob speed so i use R to change to walking. Then its ok, but there's risk of being caught cuz ppl can see me easily. I saw some long lines of mobs being pulled by hack at high speed. how do i do that, what do i have to change?

Your speed should be 2x lower than mob speed, for example my settings look that:

My char - 6
Mob Speed - 13

or second

My char - 8
Mob speed - 17

If u have fast PC you can try higher speed :)

EDIT 1: ugh so far fail...i set my speed to 5 (00 00 A0 40) and mobs to 10 (00 00 20 41) and they are even slower than before... any idea?

you did it wrong lol. Mobspeed was set at 10 before you did anything. So just re-read the post again, and do it slowly...its really easy man, just copy and paste, thats it.
