1. Hey, sometimes raids don't go as planned, but we got that covered. If you die, we can do the raid/task again, free of charge. These will be known as Recovery Raids.
2. Before money or raids are exchanged, an agreement must be reached on Discord or EPVP and trade will be initiated on the site. This is to ensure accountability on both ends.
3. If we don't complete your task in a raid, subsequent raids for the said task will be discounted on a case-by-case basis.
4. Special cases for anything will be handled accordingly.
