Future of Shaiya Pservers

Hey Community..

Pserver are getting from year to year worser..
With Admins who run several servers just to get the profik and then leav them to open new ones etc.

It would be rly nice to create a Server like in the good old days.. With an Admin who runs the Server, because he loves the game and not just the money.. Active staff who's there not just for events..

I rly hope that this is possible one day.. Miss those good old Shaiyaner days.

Greeting Butcher, I feel ya bro. After leaving Shaiya 7 years later I'm back on the track. You know the old good days if you feel me wait a few months mate. The old school, the old gold days is coming.

Why wait for others to do what you want ?
You have what you need between your ears =)

Its not that hard creating and opening a Server.
Its basicly just research and learning you can do it.

Creating a private server is as simple as it with all the resources you have here. But putting all the knowledge into your brain as a dev takes time. You can't be sure that everything will work fine like others when you run a server.

Owning a server, promoting, making sure the server is stable, events and much more to run a perfect server takes time and teams.

exactly. And yet he hopes for others to do it for a long time without
thinking about earning good money with it...

Of course it takes time but that shouldnt be an issue if you really want something.

If its to much for you, why not look for people who think alike and try
to find others to do it together ?

Its just...in Life, things wont often come to you when you hope others do it.

I rly would love to.. But I'm not in the situation I was years ago.. I'm now in my late 20s, Moved out from home, Studying Software Engineering and have a part time Job..

For sure I can help if there is a ADM that rly cares about the game!
Can write scripts or idk

Same feeling here, i miss the old days with good private servers.
Left for a few year and now servers feels nostalgic, i gotta say some have really nice scripts which makes me feel happy that shaiya has been evolving little by little, more happy to see old friends, old names still around here on epvp.
I would be happy to help a team with a good server like the old days.

Maybe a new server will open up ( or re-open?) and restore players faith in Admins.

BTW atm all pservers have the same things. Same website, same server side config, etc.
