Gifting Service: 50 Orbs for 39$ - How's that possible?

Hey, somebody sent me a site (similar to epvp), where a guy sells 25 Orbs for 19$ and 50 Orbs for 39$ - how's that possible?

The guy has more than 7.000+ positive-ratings, so if he would use an exploit or fraud method, people would rate him negative, no?

Even if you buy the RP in the cheapest way possible, he would not get any profits from it - so how's that possible?!

Nothing is really safe if you do things like that but i don't know anyone who got a ban for that who buyed them so until now its "safe" while of course you don't know for sure. With things like that you can always get a ban or things reverted but did not heard about anything bad happend till now.

Pretty sure they are using a method to gift RP from banned accounts. Less likely to get taken away and u can skip the 24 hour wait.

Its all about cracked accounts which are inactive and have RP legt and they send these via presente

I have my own theory.
Some guy selling rp, other shit from riot shop for 70-80% discount price.
He can even donate from ur second account to ur main account.
And when he gifts, we see other nickname “who gifted” and its looking like someone from RIOT. Maybe a worker from riot?

So as i said accs are perma banned with rp left where should anyone know that ppl are getting gifts from banned ones?
