Saddle Quest Mob Help Request (5165)

Sorry, I don't ask many questions.
I'd be very grateful thought if you could help me out.

I'm trying to make the saddle quest. I know half of the meshes... but I just don't know what level they are, their defense and attack, their health, magic def and magic att.
