There's a few lag switches floating around but I've never had much success with using them on EFT

Clutch Solutions will hook you up. Theirs actually works and doesn't just freeze everything and teleport you. It only blocks incoming traffic (i guess) so enemies freeze in place but your bullets can still hit them in real time.

im currently using the Slatehub 2pc lag switch and it seems to do the trick.
