How to fix Global Droprate

Hi, Everybody

My server drop ItemID=95006, ItemID=95001 ,... and some other items even though monster Droprate = 0 , I think it is Global Droprate.

Can someone tell me how to fix it?

Execute IT and not drop items with grade 0

UPDATE PS_GameDefs.dbo.Items SET grade = 999 WHERE Grade = 0
UPDATE PS_GameDefs.dbo.Items SET grade = 0, DropRate = 0 WHERE Grade = 0 AND DropRate > 0

Global Droprate can drop even Grade=34. They are 1st attribute Lapis 1 . This Lapis cannot be put in Grade 99 and 999 because my server gives Drops on other Monster.
