If you create a new account, it becomes permanently banned, then you are HWID banned.
I would assume that IF you are HWID banned, it was due to that account being used in an unlock lobby.
Hard to say whether he'll be shadow banned on other accounts or not. There are a lot of variables that could be in play. He won't know unless he makes a new account and tries to play.Quote:

I mean, he entered the account before they banned it, he didn't play but if he did, the hwid ban was passed to him too?
