Searching a good server to start on as a newbie

Helloy guys, i'm searching for a good server where i can start on. I played till lvl 20, but it got boring, cause I didnt knew some1 to play with or talk with. Do you know a good server where i can start on and invite me to your guild, so i know some people on the server?

It would also be good when you are german.

As soon as Bots are updated you wont find anyone to talk to.
