Error with VsroNPC 1.4

Hey guys, Recently I wanted to try this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

but every time I try to connect I get Error that said, ( Connection Faild, Please Check )

I am sure that the connection string is correct,
I am using Windows server 2016, And tried both MSSQL 2016, 2014

any idea
