No there isn't in NSip, NSpn and NSpp

Not necessarily. Official used to update their client before updating their server. Which means you could see the new items and such before the update actually happened.

They still do it from times to times, but usually not for big updates such as specialist cards or new acts.

Yes it's true, in fact there are many items that aren't implemented. Like the 93/96 honorables
